Jackie has thirteen years experience in clinical psychology, utilizing Transactional Analysis. She volunteers for Charizma whenever she can and helps develop our much acclaimed online social rebirthing CBT program tools.

Pippa Wright, BSc(Hons), PGDip - Psychologist & Coach

Pippa, a Psychologist and Mother of two, pull free many years, joined as a psychologist early in 2000 and has proved a wonderful support, helping so many people overcome their pulling with practical, easy to follow tips. An expert mentor in peak life performance, Pippa produces exceptional success, results and outcomes.

Leeanne McCoy R.S.W (registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Service Workers)

A mom with three kids, one with ADHD and Fragile-x syndrome, Leeanne has enjoyed working in a helping capacity for over 15 years. Her education and work experience are related to her belief in solution focused therapy. She believes in empowering people and currently works with families part-time in solution focused counselling. She has crisis intervention experience and has worked in various Women's Shelters and in the Sexual Assault Crisis Centre as a front-line worker. In 2002 she created a program, Healthy Relationships, in conjunction with one of her colleagues that is utilized in her local Women's Shelters and some High Schools. Currently 10 years pull free.

Marion Procter - a qualified BAC registered Counsellor & Life Coach

An experienced counsellor of thirty years, as well as a teacher of counselling, Marion acts a supervisor, giving advice to the team, appraising their work, training and generally offering support and understanding, mainly by telephone.

Michelle - Trichnotherapy Coach

Michelle joined the Trichnotherapy Team before the Millennium. A mom of four, she had pulled for several years and in fact had two children who also pulled. Pull free now for three years, Michelle continues to support the team, although much of her time is taken up being a busy mum.

Jaya Da Costa - Senior Trichnotherapist

Jaya is a qualified Trichnotherapist and Analyst, whose primary degree is in Mathematics and Chemistry. Her specialist role is nutrition and providing progress reports for everyone on the paced program, while she has been particularly helpful to students with memory problems, concentration difficulties or attention issues. A scientist at heart, Jaya is currently in her second year researching biological psychology.

Barbie - Trainee Psychologist & Coach

Barbie is a third-year Psychology Student and Mother. She joined the team in 2008. Barbie's calm assistance has been the first point of contact for a number of our members. Research is Barbie's greatest strength and she is able to provide us with up-to-the-minute information and translate the more scientific language into plain English.

Male Coach Restores Hair and Eyelashes

By 2005, people were pressing for a male coach. Some people simply didn't want to work with a woman and there were more and more men joining the online coaching program for trichotillomania, skin picking and body dysmorphic type disorders.

Pete originally trained as a relationships counsellor and completed his Trichnotherapy Coaching Course at the end of 2005.

Update 2013 Pete no longer works with us. If you require a male coach we have one in training at the moment so feel free to request him.

He helped many men to recover from trichotillomania and similar disorders in his two year term with the team. A powerful and practical guide, he steered people to turbocharge their talents and kick the tric monster into touch.
