TRICHOTILLOMANIA and BFRB TREATMENT

Are you an all or nothing person? For some people, an intensive program is most beneficial. Coaching is delivered via 40 online lessons, requiring dedication and determination. Please discuss with the coaching team beforehand so we can assess your suitability.

Up to 4 video chats are included and in some cases extra sessions may be added.

COMPLETING THIS COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

Understand the condition trichotillomania or other related body focused behaviours.
Begin the recovery process
Explore the concept of urge reduction
Begin the process of relapse prevention, with a view to entering our Aftercare programme.

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?

Our online course to help stop hair pulling and BFRBs suits all-or-nothing people who are not afraid of a bit of written work, writing possibly for up to an hour a day. You must be willing to work fast to achieve premium results.

It helps if you are familiar with technology and perhaps have used course websites previously, but this is not essential.

COURSE STRUCTURE

Length: 40 online lessons, released daily for 40 days. Course access can be extended to 90 days if necessary.

3 minute online form to be completed daily.

E-mails from your coach: 2 or 3 check-in emails per week.

Technical assistance 5 days a week, if needed.

Video chats every ten completed lessons if desired, with additional video chats bookable at less than half the normal price.

Payment Cycle: One payment
