Online courses for BFRBs are a great way to trigger hair pulling recovery or stop skin picking.  The best part, we get it because we’ve GOT IT. We offer coach-guided, face-to-face coaching for BFRBs or a self-guided course for recovery from BFRBs. By building a foundation of knowledge before sessions you can spend calls discussing your own life and circumstances. We focus on what helps you specifically, rather than explaining terminology or answering common questions such as “Will my hair grow back after pulling?”.   This will save you money and help make your coaching a safe and supportive environment.
 
We suggest creating a folder containing all important and relevant information for you that you can refer back to and add to as your recovery progresses. This folder can also contain a list of your triggers, strategies and coping mechanisms, and contact details for people you can reach out to in times of need. These will include your specialist BFRB coach. 
 
All courses we have listed below are run by course leaders who have BFRBs and are in recovery. They know what you’re going through, and can help you through the ups and downs of your journey. Unless specified, courses work for all BFRBs.

Yes.  Our courses are designed for people affected by hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (dermatillomania) and other Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs).  They are also adaptable for addiction or unwanted habits.

With the exception of the self-guided course for those who do not want coaching, each course includes one-to-one coaching for hair pulling, skin picking and other BFRBs.  They are designed to make your recovery journey cheaper by giving you much of the information you need in written format, rather than you paying the coach to give you all the information. 

Our courses are created and delivered by people who understand BFRBs first-hand. We know recovery can be challenging, and we aim to provide practical support, hope and encouragement.

The 40 day intensive course has the best success rate because it makes use of the period when motivation and enthusiasm are often at their highest.
