I’d like to start by taking a moment to say that I’m sorry you’ve found yourself in this situation, where hair pulling or skin picking can sometimes seem more compelling than everyday life. You’ll find acceptance and understanding here because all of our volunteers have been where you are. Whether you’re managing your picking happily right now, or you’re finding it impossible to resist the urge to pick, bite, or pull at yourself, this is a safe haven for you to express yourself. Our uplifting community is here for you, any time of the day or night.
